If you’re wondering why the API association in Catalonia decided to create the Apialia method, the reason is simple.

The reason is you.

Our experience over the last 65-plus years has shown us that many agents, on their own initiative, establish ongoing relationships based on mutual trust with colleagues in their local area..

This often led them to sign up to real estate MLS systems with the goal of forming part of stable groups of collaboration and sharing transactions in order to increase their chances of selling properties.

Nevertheless, they often expressed their concerns to us about the operating difficulties of structures of this kind:

We identified the problem very clearly: there was a lack of method in these systems.

That’s why we created Apialia in 2013. Apialia is a pioneering system in the sector, designed exclusively for agents in the API association who wish to professionalise the collaborative work they carry out with other agents in their local area, and to make shared transactions one of the cornerstones of their business.

Our goal is clear: we want you to increase your turnover by closing the largest possible number of sale and purchase deals shared with agents in your grouping.

Right from the start, it was clear to us that in order to achieve the sustained growth of Apialia it was essential to make the processes involved in the collaboration between agents as efficient and professional as possible. As such, our team takes care of all the tasks necessary for the smooth running of the groupings (administrative tasks, training, technology and marketing tools, etc.) so that you can focus on the results of your agency.

Real estate coach for each grouping

Our experience has taught us that the fastest way to achieve excellent sales results is teamwork. That’s why we offer each of our groupings a coach tasked with helping agents to improve their sales results. The coach works alongside you in order to get the best out of you and the other agents who form part of the grouping, guiding you and fostering an atmosphere geared towards collaboration, based on trust and mutual respect.

It’s in our DNA. Apialia, established under the umbrella of the API association in Catalonia, is governed by a robust set of operating rules. Yes, we want you to sell more, but not at any cost. Abiding by the rules is an essential requirement in order to form part of Apialia, out of respect to your colleagues and, above all, in order to deserve the respect of your clients. Our very own real estate CRM tool

Many real estate collaboration systems do not have professionalised processes, which means that they’re inefficient and make their member agents waste a lot of time. That’s why all our agents work with the same real estate management tool: Ghestia. It’s a native CRM application of the API association; in other words, it was built from scratch considering the specific needs of our agents. Ghestia is a tool that helps you to collaborate more easily. It also enables your coach to analyse your day-to-day work in order to improve both your individual performance and that of the entire grouping..

Marketing and advertising actions to make your name known

This is a crucial aspect. Marketing gives us that (big) push we need to make our name known and position ourselves in the market to attract potential clients. That’s why we don’t like to leave anything to chance; the actions we carry out form part of an annual marketing plan with a well-defined strategy. Over the last five years we’ve implemented advertising campaigns on local television networks or on social media, as well as publishing articles in the press or taking part in major real estate fairs, such as Barcelona Meeting Point.

What’s more, we support the local marketing actions of our groupings in their respective areas.

Networking events and other activities to foster teamwork

At Apialia we’re convinced that a high level of engagement and trust between our members is an essential ingredient for the success of each grouping. Networking events form part of our routine and work philosophy. They’re held on a monthly basis (face-to-face or online, depending on the circumstances) in each of our groupings and they’re of paramount importance to us. Each session is led by the coach of the grouping, who establishes the dynamics to ensure that teamwork activity goes smoothly and that shared transactions grow month by month.

Furthermore, we like to strengthen these bonds of trust with two special annual events that we organise down to the last detail, giving you the chance to experience the Apialia spirit.
